Because of the growing popularity of webtoons in South Korea, Naver has been experimenting with a new form of advertising known as Page Profit Share. PPS is a type of visual ad that uses a webtoon’s art and characters to promote a product. These co-branded ads are featured alongside or at the end of a webtoon episode and are typically only run for one week. ^[1]

Thanks to Tower of God's rising popularity, SIU has created several advertisement comics featuring notorious characters that have appeared over the course of the webtoon. They are often humorous in nature.

For the 9th anniversary of MapleStory, Nexon asked SIU to draw something for MapleStory. SIU made a special crossover chapter for the anniversary starring both Tower of God and MapleStory characters. On this special chapter the Maplestory Heroes and the Demon Slayer faces a team formed by Khun Aguero Agnis, Rak Wraithraiser, Androssi Zahard, Phonsekal Laure and Jyu Viole Grace.
