White (화이트, Hwaiteu) is the tenth Slayer of FUG,[6] one of the 2nd generation of Slayers, and until the latter events of the Hell Train, only his name and soul remained while his body had been lost.[8] It was revealed during the Dallar Show that Hoaqin and his other siblings, in their combined form, was actually White.[9] White was resurrected after Hoaqin and his Final Clone finally recombined.[10]
After the defeat of White, Hoaqin retreated to his inner-self and Vicente is currently in control of White's body.[11]
SIU has stated that White is an incredibly big yet incredibly small character. A powerful Slayer fell to the realm of Regulars. A High Ranker in the world of Regulars. SIU wanted to create such being, and in order to make him fall in line with the power curve and make the setting not self-contradictory, SIU gave him the ability to collect souls to become stronger, and in the process, he also gave White/Hoaqin a narrative of a son who despite his extreme power always will feel short of his father. He's also a character that embodies the Tower's conflicts.[5]
Stated by SIU, he currently has more skill and power than a Ranker and sometimes uses attacks that are High-Ranker level, but he still has limits to his powers after becoming one again with his last clone. Having this much power as a regular is unbelievably overpowered. So having that weakness of being limited to his full power actually balances things out. With the Arie-Swordsmanship and Soul Absorption, he seems to be still "growing".[13]
While not stated in LINE's translations, White tends to use the term "짐," an old term that only royals used. In other words, White refers to himself as "his majesty," showing his incredibly arrogant nature.
White was defeated by a Zahard's Princesses from the same family. This means that he was defeated by an Arie Princess of Zahard.[14]

(Provoked Baam to use his full power) "Now, try it. It's quite simple. Protecting what is good comes with trials, but to give into temptation is easy. Now, just do it. Don't play dumb!! (Revealing the death of Akraptor and Prince to Baam) "Viole!! As your companions have kept quiet, His Majesty has not said anything, but it seems there's something you don't know. (When Baam resurrected Aria) "He resurrected a dead person back to life! I'm not sure what kind of trickery he had up his sleeve but, it probably wasn't anything that breaks down the boundary between life and death. Perhaps he sewed her body back before her soul was completely absorbed by me and then he returned the soul back into the body. However, even if my assumption is correct, it still doesn't make sense for him to actually achieve that. In the end, the main factor that made this possible is probably because of her power to "alter the law" of the Tower. It must have given her a delay before her death was 'recognized', so her soul could settle in after her body was sewed back. I have no clue if this whole thing was intended or if it was just a mere coincidence, but either way, they both are reaching miracles of impossible heights. It's almost like you are a Messiah that brings miracles to come true. But that's not really it, is it? Your true nature, isn't anything like that."[25]
(Facing Baam's Black Orb) "I will have to admit it. That boy right now.. is stronger than me![26]
(Facing Baam's Black Orb) "Not even a scratch..! He didn't take any damage from those attacks. This is ridiculous. It's not about durability. He's using his attacks to parry all of my strikes. After committing irreversible mistakes, and passing through the countless pitch black nights. The blade I saw on my way back home with my tired self, was silent as always. But the tide of shinsu that would crash into the sword and split to swirl, felt angry and upset, which was different form always. The tide said to me: "Oh my. This poor son of the blade. You tried to reach this blade, but it was your impatience that drove you away from this blade. You have committed a sin to this world. As your punishment, You shall suffer through unquenchable thirst, and unfulfillment for the rest of your life."[27]
I didn't care. I didn't care if I was a sinner anymore. This burning thirst is a curse that I had ever since birth. But one thing that made me sad was, the fact that it wasn't the blade that told me that. It was the tide that crashed into the blade that told me that.[27]
It's no use trying!! Did you really think that I would let you take my power without a fight..!! I will never let a fool like you to take even a single piece of my power..!!
