Timmy Tight-Lips was a resident of Atlantic City that was targeted by Tony B.'s boss.

Timmy Tight-Lips lived in Atlantic City and was known for refusing to eat meat.[1] This led to confusion when Tony B. was asked by his boss to deliver a pepperoni pizza to Timmy.[2] Tony did not understand that his boss was using code to prevent the police from having evidence linking them to the hit,[3] and asked for further clarification.[1] His boss then explained that he meant he wanted Tony and another man to bring Timmy to the end of the Atlantic City Boardwalk, shoot him multiple times in the head, and then dump Timmy's body as well as their guns into the Atlantic Ocean.[4]
