The Southern Enclave Encampment is a location in the Commonwealth in 2287.
It was added into the game as part of its next-gen patch, along with Western Enclave encampment and Eastern Enclave encampment.
Background[]
An Enclave field outpost dedicated to the study of mirelurks and their mutations, with the stipulation to investigate the unique mirelurk mutations.[1]
Layout[]
Located in one of the toughest areas of the Commonwealth, this outpost has at least three Enclave troops investigating the local wildlife. In the heart of the encampment is a cage with a leveled mirelurk that can be unleashed using the local terminal.

The Southern Enclave Encampment appears in Fallout 4 when it is updated with its next-gen patch.

The inventories of the Enclave weapon boxes will reset over time. This provides the player with a near unlimited supply of plasma guns, heavy incinerators, tesla cannons, and contextual ammo.
