“This...boy, is a mobster. His, uh, "organization" owes us a substantial amount of caps. And they're using this Einstein to skirt around paying their dues. Well, I won't stand for it. There's rules in Atlantic City. Wanna know the most important one? Don't cheat the Showmen.”
This unnamed Showman is a member of the Showmen who appears in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part one, Boardwalk Paradise. This particular Showman is encountered during Tax Evasion, in which he threatens Billy Beltbuckles.

Appearances[]
This Showman appears only in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part one, Boardwalk Paradise.
Bugs[]
Although the Showman who threatens Billy is supposed to only spawn on the first run of Tax Evasion, he may spawn again on subsequent runs. The Showman will not say anything when interacted with and has no dialogue, but will hold out his gun to point at Billy (who is not there) and may die in the firefight of the "inconspicuous assets" objective.[verified]
