Cyrus Kingdom was a geology student at Vault-Tec University investigating rumors of people finding blood red ground water from the area around the Organ Cave. After hypothesizing that the color was due to the water sitting on a large iron ore vein, Cyrus entered the cave, despite feeling that the color "was a bad omen." While mapping the cave, Cyrus fell victim to a cave-in and became trapped, postulating that the cave-in was due to either an earthquake or "the world ending."[1]
