The client is a member of the Showmen in Atlantic City who appears during the quest Custodial Compulsions in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part two, America's Playground.
Background[]
The client was the director of a canceled play, starring Showmen actors portraying Stella and Stratton, before their method acting turned fatal. The method actress of Stella killed another actor, the one portraying Brutus, before committing suicide during rehearsal. The director became a client of Saltwater Sam to discreetly clean up the mess left behind, with Sam kidnapping Stratton's actor, and enlisting a hired hand to clean the Showmen's Pier stage.
