Buckled Up is an outfit in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part one, Boardwalk Paradise.
Background[]
Created by Billy Beltbuckles in the wake of his embarrassing ordeal, Buckled Up is a simple white shirt with gray slacks, and a total of five belts (in chestnut brown, black, and mahogany) made from locally-sourced brahmin leather. Three of the belts are wrapped around the waist and two other belts are used as suspenders to ensure the slacks are up and stay up, no matter what certain miscreants try to do.[1]

This is a cosmetic item worn over any equipped armor. It counts as formal wear for the purposes of challenges.
