I can't find a conclusion to this, but why do some aot novels like lost girls and before the fall (manga) are part of aot and ARE canon, but aren't written by Isayama? Sometimes they are illustrated by them, but still I don't understand, like did Isayama create these concepts and someone made it into a canon manga? It honestly explains when I was reading them the art didn't look close to Isayama's drawing style and they even had those cute anime moments which I never see Isayama add to his manga.
