Differences Between Book and Film[]

• Malekith plots his revenge against the Asgardians before the Battle of Vanaheim. By extension, Jane Foster finds the Aether long after the Dark Elves wake from the suspended animation.
• Thor kills the Kronan Stone Man by hitting the Stone Man's club with Mjølnir instead of killing him with an uppercut from the hammer.
• Malekith has more than one child.
