Synopsis[]
Top intelligence agent and paramilitary operative the Black Widow is assigned by S.H.I.E.L.D. to work undercover as a notary public within Stark Industries and get close to Tony Stark in this story set in Marvel movie continuity!

Black Widow is in the middle of an operation on an airplane, involving the terrorist organization the Ten Rings, when Nick Fury calls her. While fighting the terrorist and jumping out of the plane which laters explodes, she is ordered to go undercover at Stark Industries.
She goes undercover as Natalie Rushman, working as a notary at the legal department of Stark Industries. Using a gadget pen, she can hear her co-workers talking in the distance. Learning that they are going to send Samantha Carlisle to bring documents to Tony Stark's Mansion. Knowing that Samantha is on her coffee break for only just 3 more minutes, she quickly goes to the dining hall. Saving time by jumping down, the elevator shaft instead of waiting for the lift itself. She then puts a pill in Samantha's coffee, a trick she learned from a retired KGB agent and waits for her to drink it. With Samantha now puking in the infirmary, a co-worker hands Black Widow the documents which need to be brought to Tony Stark at his house.
When she arrives, Pepper Potts announces her as the notary, while Tony Stark and Happy Hogan are sparring with each other.
