They join one of the most powerful swordsmen within the Demon Slayer Corps, the Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku, to face the demon aboard the Mugen train and rescue the passengers.
Later, Tanjiro and company join alongside another of the Demon Slayer Corps' top ranked swordsmen, the Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui, and travel to a place where demons are said to dwell – the Yoshiwara Entertainment District – to investigate a supposed powerful demonic presence that lurks the city at night amidst bustling human activity and residence.
