Mark VI[]

Hey there,

Since the Mk. VI apparently functions similarly to the 3000 Mk. IV, I suppose they work the same way? Since according to lore, Pip-Boys aren't normally removable unless you count the one belonged to Doc Mitchell's wife.

And about the glove, I assumed it is something to note since the article about the 3000 Mk. IV mentions it too.

I see. I honestly don't know how the biometrics are supposed to work, either. Bethesda isn't exactly consistent on the details either. Both Fallout 3 and FNV provide wildly contradictory evidences, so I'll assume the system works for whomever is wearing one (bar Ricky) and the Pip-Boys are removable for now?

Items[]

Fallout 1 and 2 had the same items: same damage, same value, same weight - hence why they are merged.

Fallout 3, New Vegas and 4 have split articles due to many differences. Besides, we don't know if the items will have the same purpose as in Fallout 4, to be collected and used to build settlements or something else. ☢ Energy X ☣ 20:05, May 31, 2018 (UTC)

Hostility[]

I don't think that correcting false facts is hostile either.

You know, it's kind of ironic that you deleted one of my posts out of fear that I would scare away a new user. When I first joined the wiki, I almost quit because of you.

You consistently attack the minutia of everything I say. I spend so much time agonizing over how to make posts so that there is no way you, you specifically, no one else on here, will miss-interpret what I say. I don't believe for a moment that you don't understand what I meant to say. Splitting hairs between the difference in meaning between "pinnacle" and "advanced" is just silly. It's not like you and I are writing an academic journal on Fallout, and my whole point was that the mechanics don't necessarily agree with the lore. I was actually agreeing with something you, yourself said earlier in the thread.

And you know what? I know I do it to you too. Or I used to. Maybe I did it first. Maybe that's why you do it to me. But the fact is that there is no reason for you and I to go at each other like this. To pick apart every detail of everything the other says. Frankly, if we knew each other in real life, we'd probably get on great.

Maybe you don't perceive our relationship this way at all. You may not even perceive us having a relationship to begin with. But if nothing else, I needed to get this off my chest... because I shouldn't be afraid to see that you replied to my posts. ThreeSecondRush (talk) 12:47, June 6, 2018 (UTC)

Please do not revert to page versions with *incorrect* info; instead, edit the new version if desired. Specifically, I just corrected a number of SMG pages which incorrectly listed Fast Shot in all cases and Ain't Like That Now in some cases as modifying the weapons' outputs; if you think you have a better way to portray modified stats, which was my main focus, feel free, but it is counterproductive to actively remove changes that correct incorrect info.Quindraco (talk) 20:19, June 20, 2018 (UTC)

Please be careful[]

While I understand that you might be against multiple infoboxes, please don't remove a large amount of information as you did here. Such content is generally useful and reverting for simple reasons like multiple infoboxes can discourage people from editing. Instead please try to simply merge into the other infobox. Also, I initially reverted you on Feral ghoul so I could verify it from Dr. Banefield's dialogue. Some of what you said isn't actually true, he never admits his theory is out of prejudice even though he might be scared of them. While I understand why you reverted and locked the page in this edit war, you should have left the last edit in place until another admin could have looked at it. I will also remind you that ANY revert of a revert is an edit war. This should have gone to the talk page much earlier and/or another admin should have been called obviating the need for you to continue reverting his reverts. He has been warned as well. Discussions Error[]

Hey, it was pretty fun yesterday in discussions, so now that I have a question I thought I'd come to you for help. A few hours ago, I started getting a weird pop up telling me to sign in before I can comment in the discussions, but I'm already signed in. I've tried signing out and signing back in, using a different browser, and restarting my computer paired with those first two. None of it seemed to do anything. I looked around for a help page on discussions, but I only ever found the general rules page. I'm about to crash for the night, so I'm in no hurry, but if you could give me a hand or point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

Nukapedia and Fandom/Wikia talks - not the same message as everyone else[]

This isn't the same message everyone else got.

We have a call scheduled with Wikia this Friday. We need your input - and the input from as many others as possible. We're hoping to settle once and for all what our relationship is, if it can be salvaged, and what the future should be, as until we settle these featured video can't be settled.

Navarro[]

If Navarro is fine does that mean that Mariposa Military Base should be changed to just it's own category or is it because it appears in 1 and 2? I ask this because Mariposa was the reason I changed Navarro. Also Colonel Autumn is labeled as mentioned only Lonesome Road and Lonesome Road human characters I think you can't be both and I never saw the Enclave animal in that DLC.

Bird[]

I get that it's there for name reason, but in this case it doesn't truly have the same name. They aren't the same thing so they have no correlation. Like putting examples of other Daniel for Daniels make sense they share an actual name. Daniel and White Bird are already well known and have nothing to do with it, not even there factions are mentioned. There is no reason for them so it is just confusing for the reader and an eye sore. If you still think they belong I will not argue anymore sense you have been around a lot longer and if still think it I will trust your judgement.

Capitalization[]

I thought that was the case, but the map on Fallout 76 locations show all capitalization. And several pages are inconsistent, such all the stations, Clancy Manor, Garrahan Estate, Hopewell Cave, Spruce Knob campground, and Spruce Knob Lake to list a few. I am very confused as to what is considered "proper" when so many of these words are not proper nouns. Dango39 🍡 20:15, November 10, 2018 (UTC)

Sorry for the late message - haven't been around my computer in a couple of days, and the wiki app ain't so nice on my phone. Anyways, onto the issue at hand:

You were chat-banned for a period of 3-days, as a consequence of your continued passive-aggressiveness towards Tagaziel. This latest act in and of itself wasn't enough to constitute a ban - this decision was made based off of your history with Tagaziel, in which you have been warned multiple times, and by multiple rights-holders, to curb your behaviour before it became a violation of Rules 1, 4, 5, and 6.

Please note that this ban wasn't instigated by any one rights-holder, including Tagaziel himself: all rights-holders present in the SD came to a consensus that a ban was warranted, and I chose to carry it out. I'm afraid that's not what I'm saying. As for the steps you bring up:

1. It is up to administrator/moderator discretion as to whether or not the warning/kicking system is warranted
2. You have been both warned and kicked in the past for your behaviour towards Tagaziel

In your specific case, these incidents have been racking up for close to a year now, and we've been letting them slide under the presumption that eventually you'd cool down. You may dispute that if you wish in your own mind, but these acts have been noted and recognized among the general staff, and a consensus was reached that we could no longer take your behaviour in good faith. ^寧靜 00:32, April 29, 2020 (UTC)

I've reviewed my initial message to you, and my only advice for you is to read it again, as that's not what I stated.
