Mark is great! He installed an air conditioning unit (window type) at our daughter’s place, which was built in 1910, and is a challenging place in which to install modern appliances. He did an excellent job, and saved her from sweltering during the heat wave! Mark is professional, and thinks very quick on his feet towards solutions. We highly recommend Mark, and Task Rabbit - we’re so happy we found this service, and an awesome handyman. Thank you!

Deron was so helpful in hanging my two shelving systems. The task was more complex than we initially anticipated due to old apartment masonry wall construction. Deron went above and beyond going to the hardware store multiple times to get us the correct tools and wall supports we needed. He was exceptionally communicative and hardworking never giving up on the task when it seemed fruitless. We are deeply so thankful!

Hossein built us a 4 door closet. He was very responsive during scheduling. He was very kind, professional and efficient. He told me or asked me anything he thought is important and made sure everything is perfectly in place before he left. He worked clean and I was super satisfied. Highly recommended!!

The retailer's direct link to schedule with TaskRabbit was awesome. The price was reasonable, and the communication was fluid. The employee was available earlier and finished ahead of the planned time. I am not sure if picking up wrapping on the floor was part of the service, but it was a bit messy, and some final touches weren't done (stickers avoiding the doors to slam loudly). That's the only reason why it's not a 5 stars.

On me, but I didn’t read through the tasker’s entire description, where, at the end (yes, in capital letters), he says he has a 2-hour minimum. I indicated (because I was asked) that the job was less than an hour but there was no confirmation or reminder from the tasker that he had a 2-hour min. I paid a 2-hour fee for a 30-minute job. I’m sick about it. He did a good job but I won’t be using him again. And I’ve learned to not just look at rating and availability. Won’t make that mistake again.

Task Rabbit employee arrived on time as scheduled, was very polite and worked quietly and efficiently. I may have been able to assemble on my own, but it would have taken me so much more time. Highly recommend and plan to use Task Rabbit again.

I needed someone to assemble a recumbent exercise bike. The website is very clear, with information on the experience of each Tasker and what they charge. I selected Brandon. He showed up right on time, and I was very happy with his work.

I will give props to Task Rabbit for finding these amazing taskers that I have elated to work with. The 5 stars, however, are for the Taskers themselves...not ONE did I have a subpar, average, below average or disappointing experience with. They have all been 5 stars+! The only thing that is saddening...I don't have access to hire them repeatedly...because they are SO good!

I never hear back from customer care. There was an invoice issue which was not addressed. When was booking for a service the price was showing $62 per hour, after service task rabbit charged extra $65.

I would never recommend task rabbit

This was a very easy process. After our purchase at IKEA we went to a separate computer and was easily able to schedule an installation on my items for the next morning. Price was very reasonable. The representative who came to our house was Olivier. He was prompt, clean, professional, polite , and messaged us twice before arrival to let us know how long it would be until he got there. The whole experience was great.

I believe his name is Apti. He did a very good job putting my couch and chair together. He was pleasant which I feel is a necessity. I will be purchasing a couple more items from IKEA soon and request that he do the work.

The app is very user friendly and makes it quick & easy to find a person to help complete a multitude of tasks. Lance was very professional, accommodating and flexible with time and completed the task well. I am very satisfied and will continue to use Task Rabbit.

Though the description said there would be moving of furniture involved, when the tasker arrived, he informed us that he could only take things apart and put them back together. However, an injury would prevent him from moving anything heavy (which, again, was indicated in our task description). We were not able to fully utilize our tasker.

Additionally, we had two other taskers lined up first. One ended up telling us the job was too far (yet showed up as recommended by the site for our location), and another who accepted the job, then, just an hour later, said he was sick. We had to start over again.

The person we hired was great. The initial estimate said the Task Rabbit website took a $25 service fee. I thought that was a one-time fee, but it's actually PER HOUR. I paid for a 3-hour cleaning service with an additional $75 for a "service" that was only the website booking. I liked the person, but I'll never use TaskRabbit's website again.

Far to expensive in terms of added fees. Their added service fee add up to 41% make it unreasonable to use again, especially for hourly jobs.
