Great service!
Needed someone to move bedroom furniture from upstairs to downstairs. We need to move to the downstairs bedroom because my husband was having knee replacement surgery. I hired 2 gentlemen & in less than 2 hours everything was completed. That was such a huge help & they did a great job.

I wish
I wish, wish it was better. I should realize that these taskers are not always professional and their jobs must be checked carefully before they leave. So while it may seem that things were done and work properly it may not be the case. I had a tasker install a printer because I didn't want to deal with it -at all - didn't want to even read the directions and attempt. Just wanted someone else to do it and voila. hired a tasker who knew what he was doing and he printed something before leaving...
Later that afternoon, I tried and nothing happened . It was wireless but he never either connected to my iPhone or explained - so I'm stuck.
Years ago an old printer was pronounced broken by a techie tasker - my nephew fixed it a month later.
A while ago I hired someone to clean closets - and he dismantled (why!?) an elf a systemto dust! He didn't know how to replace the shelves he took down...it's things like this.
I'm afraid it's best for moving and mounting stuff - so that earned 2 stars.

Terrible, dishonest, garbage customer service.
I had damage done to my property during a taskrabbit move. I filed a complaint 13 days after the day of my task, which is within the required 14 day window for those of us who can count. I was told my complaint was outside the 14 day window (again, it was NOT), and since then I've chatted, phoned, and emailed several times and gotten absolutely nowhere. Agents keep saying it's "being escalated" and I'll get a reply within "7-14 days." It's been almost a month with literally no progress. It's obvious you're ignoring customer complains on purpose and are counting on customers getting so frustrated and having no way to hold you accountable that they just give up. It's disgusting and dishonest. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. And trust me, I intend to waste so much of your customer service team's time that it will cost you more money than it would have to just deal with the problem honestly in the first place.

Unreliable
I find out on Friday that I had an emergency repair that was needed for next day(Saturday). I select a tasker through TaskRabbit's list. An hour later,the tasker I selected informs me that he is pretty booked up the next day and might not be able to do the job. I respond saying fine but please let me know for sure asap. Over 6 hours later, after midnight, ( Now Saturday) tasker cancels out. ( I did not have option to select new tasker while he was still assigned to job). TaskRabbit will only offer Sunday service as the soonest. TaskRabbit, in my experience, has been unreliable. I would not recommend as in my case it has just wasted my time, when time was of the essence.
