Taking the surveys is a good experience. On the downside, some of the gift card numbers I have obtained for Amazon, I have not been able to use because they were declared "invalid" when I tried to use them. At least 6 were invalid, that's at least a 30$ value. If not fort that, there is a good variety of subjects when taking the surveys.

Swagbucks suggests surveys and you waste time answering a ton of questions only for it to say "you're not a match" or "you're not a good fit." Wasted a lot of time filling out demographics to rarely take a full survey and get points. I have spent a lot of time and made less than $4. I am not sure how people make any decent money. I have not tried any of the games or receipts portion.

Swagbucks surveys currently do not work. I have just spent the past 15 minutes trying to take one. Over the past few years, I have had the usual issues with their surveys-- being "disqualified" after finishing a survey, being paid literally 16 cents per hour, etc.--but now, clicking on the surveys leads to a five-second countdown and then a redirection to the main page with the claim "sorry, you did not qualify for survey 123456789". My guess is Swagbucks is either the site is down or the company is punishing users who criticize the meager payouts (which is the only deviation from my typical Swagbucks habits up to today). I will update the review if anything changes, but for now my concern is the company may be both vindictive and insuring their users are only sycophants who uncritically praise their site. I hope I am wrong, but I fear this is the case.

Every day I complete surveys - many that take 20 minutes or more. When getting all the way through to the end, a message pops up that says "that wasn't a good fit for you" and you get no points and have wasted a lot of time, while the survey company now has all the information they need without it costing them anything. Some surveys are good, but too many are scams.

I love this site. In the beginning it takes a while to earn even a bit but pretty soon you start earning more faster and getting better offers. So it is not boring like only doing surveys you can earn in many different ways.

I've been a member of Swagbucks for 4 years now and I've made mid four figures from their offers over the years. I'm happy to be able to be able to make good side income from some of the offers that they have.
One common complaint about Swagbucks and similar web sites are that the offers frequently fail to track, which is sometimes true but also not necessarily their fault, because most businesses write buggy software that doesn't work, and it's not as if any other businesses would allow Prodege to audit their code.
As a daily visitor, I've interacted with their support team semi-regularly, and they have always helped me. It does seem like the front lines of their support system is heavily automated and it can be quirky, but in the few cases where manual support was necessary, I've always been able to reach someone and in a recent case (shoutout to Mark!), they truly went above and beyond, which was the catalyst for this review. Now, it's a two-way street, and I do make sure to read the fine print and to thoroughly document the offers that I do. I have my computer set up so that when I hit the print scrn button, it automatically saves an image file for me (no messing with the clipboard or Paint program is necessary; I just hit the button and continue on without skipping a beat).

In my experience, this is the best "side hustle" app out there. It offers numerous ways to earn... playing games, live trivia, shopping receipts, surveys, referrals, and shopping through the app. Payouts come in the form of a variety of giftcards or directly to PayPal. I've had a few issues with surveys but they were resolved quickly by customer service and my accountwas promptly creditedeach time. I have been using the app since January 2024.

Didn't think they'd actually send the 25 dollars I had earned through PayPal but they actually did. Yes, surveys are hard to qualify for, but the games are actually pretty good if you stick with it.

They are good but they take forever to verify a reward other companies are immediately but ive had a £5 pay pal pending for 5 days its just mot worth waiting that length of time for £5**still not received response 8days after requesting it.really not worth the wait for rewards they take 10 days to pay £5 there are plenty of others that pay immediately don’t waste your time with them

I was a victim of a scam and when trying to find the privacy policy for swagbucks online, it leads to an error message page so they don't appear to have one. I have fears for the safety and privacy of my personal information and data.

I have been using Swagbucks for a few weeks and after a week it wouldn't let me do any more surveys. I thought it was just a glitch or something so I reloaded and did other stuff but still got the same message error 404 and some other information that wasn't helpful. I tried to go to customer support but I had to pay money! If you want to go to Swagbucks customer support you have to pay them money, which i'm not going to do because i signed up to make money not spend it.
