My experience

All is good about Toluna.
Except :
1- customer service rep did not do much in helping me solving my issue with my survey. There was evidence that i have completed my survey but my i did not get my reward in full just because the survey poll was closed at time i'm still answering the questionnaire.

2- System should be able to cut off the survey (even in the middle of the progress) if the poll is closed. This is to avoid dissappoinment of the surveyor as we are putting our time, effort n focus to complete every each of the survey.

I believe this platform survey is genuine.

I believe this platform survey is genuine in their advocacies, to be of help in the environment, the government as well as just mere earners like me. I like their system, their style, and this is user- friendly. But I remember that my previous points were lost, I guess, because,it never appeared in my point balance. Thanks though, Toluna, for counting me in!

Regular participant.

Usually works well. Get points even if not qualified for survey. Points accumulate fairly quickly. Sometimes I feel that I answer too many questions to then be disqualified. They have many gifts that are out of stock.

Website is user friendly

Website is user friendly, got points with just registered and made my profile. Different options for surveys and gain points make it easier to get reward points in so many ways of interest

Time to find another Survey Site

I'm thinking of closing my account with Toluna because the Morrisons Gift Cards they issue as a reward cannot be used online or instore (so useless). It's a shame because they are one of the better survey sites, but if you cannot be rewarded it becomes a waste of time. The support I've been getting from the Toluna team has really been very poor.

It's alright

It's alright, but it's getting frustrated being told there are studies for me and it turns out I'm not eligible. I still spend about 5 mins time to be only awarded a few points. Toluna has my info and should be better able to ensure the studies I am sent are actually for me

Redeemed 8100 points which is R50…

Redeemed 8100 points which is R50 voucher for CY SEND then when I wanted to buy airtime voucher at CY I couldn't. So I would advise anyone to never waste your points for CY. It's very useless. I don't know why would toluna.com wouldn't notice something like that. Very disappointed.

I really was intrigued

I was properly screened and onboarded to a survey of my interest. Although it went on longer than I expected, the survey introduced new brands and advertisements I had never seen or heard before. It asked relevant questions pertaining to my interest of the study.

I am always rewarded with extra points if a survey is full.The short survey option is great when you have little time .Rewards soon accumulate to cash in.

I find it cool

I find it cool, only that there's some part that you have your honest opinion or answer to a Q, then at the end you are not qualified for that survey. 😬 But all in all it's fine.

Toluna - An authentic review

This is a very legit and reliable website from where I can earn some extra cash by sharing my opinion however the survey opportunities for my country i.e. India is quite low and it takes a lot of time to reach the reward redemption threshold.
