My experience
All is good about Toluna.
Except :
1- customer service rep did not do much in helping me solving my issue with my survey. There was evidence that i have completed my survey but my i did not get my reward in full just because the survey poll was closed at time i'm still answering the questionnaire.
2- System should be able to cut off the survey (even in the middle of the progress) if the poll is closed. This is to avoid dissappoinment of the surveyor as we are putting our time, effort n focus to complete every each of the survey.
