With every incoming survey

With every incoming survey, if you expect to provide honest opinions, you ought to provide atleast 20points for atleast getting in. If we do not match the survey, exiting as such is not good.

I frequently get rejected from taking the surveys

I enjoy taking Toluna surveys however, I frequently get disqualified partially through the survey. That is frustrating as it is a waste of time when the survey is completed, it is worth the rewards that I have earned.

Scammers stay away ,this site must be shut down forever.Survyes doesn’t work,don’t pay on time ,Site is completely rubbish,100% waste of time.Hope someone to investigate this fraud.

I've managed to identify your Toluna account, and our records show that you've succesffully participated in our surveys and that you've also managed to request some of the rewards we're offering. 

We aim for a seamless survey experience for all our influencers, but unfortunately, errors may happen on any digital platform and we can’t control the surveys hosted on our clients’ platforms either. A major factor in technical issues is that survey respondents are using a wide variety of operating systems or Internet connections, etc., and not all of these are necessarily compatible with the technology of a particular survey. For this reason, we always encourage our influencers to report in detail any technical issues they might encounter and we will do our best to resolve it and make things right! When contacting our customer service, please make sure to send as many details as possible about the issue you’re experiencing (i.e. the survey ID, screen recordings or full screenshots of the difficulties encountered, etc).

TOLUNA, liars and cheaters

Toluna is one big scam. Don't be fooled like me. For two weeks I was solving surveys, suddenly my account was suspended for no reason. After my intervention, the account was unblocked, it was found that he was lying in the surveys. I sent 3 messages, got no reply.
employees always cover themselves with secrecy and do not tell what is the real reason. I was accused of using a VPN, which is not true. I proved that I don't use a VPN account was unblocked for a week. Today I wanted to exchange points for a card from Amazon and unfortunately the account no longer worked. If you want to lose your nerves and work for free, tolua is perfect for you

What an absolute waste of time

What an absolute waste of time. I mysteriously had my account suspended just after redeeming points due to “consistent issues” they claim they discovered when doing regular reviews. I answered all surveys honestly, so this makes no sense to me. I would not recommend this site to anyone unless you wish to waste a bunch of time responding to surveys and not receive any sort of compensation.

The sole reason behind accounts' suspension is noncompliance/ breaching of the terms and conditions to which influencers agree upon registration on the Toluna panel.

Waste of time …

I was really enjoying filling out the surveys and received my first gift card. Then the problems started !! I earned enough for second voucher, had confirmation that it was on its way. Then I was informed it had been cancelled, locked out of my account ever since. Not able to reset password as advised , not able to get a response from them. Wasted a lot of time !!
UPDATE:
I am pleased to say Katy has rectified this problem. I have now been able to log back in and did not loose my points. Thank you Katy

The way toluna pays out

The way toluna pays out is very
poor you have to do a lot of work to even get to £5 that's 27000 points I have got 6 x £5.from 24/11/22 to the 12th of march that I have not been paid out on the customer service is very poor not like it use to be

Suspended out of the blue!

I have been taking surveys on this site for about a year or so, and lately i have been trying to redeem a gift card but unfortunately the one i usually redeem was out of stock.
I logged out with about 150,000 points in my balance (equals about 50$), the day after i went to check if the gift cards have been restocked so i can redeem, next thing you know my account was suspended rendering the 50$ that i earned irredeemable and waste of time.

Lots of surveys no rewards

After completing surveys for the best part of a year I decided to exchange my points for Tesco Vouchers which never arrived either by post or email.
I chased this up and was told it would be looked into but I never heard anything else about it.
I still get sent several surveys a day but just delete them.

Toluca is a rip off

Toluca is a rip off. I tried to redeem my points and they would not accept my PayPal email. I added another email to my PayPal account and changed my Toluca account to this email. Now they will not let me login to my account and will not send me an email to reset my password. I am retired and every dollar I can get is important to me. DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU!!!!!!!

Forgot password request does not work

I'm not able to get in, when I select 'forgot password' no email is received! I tried (to test) to register my email again, and it said that I already have an account.
So where are my password reset emails going (no they are not going to junk/spam)?

Complete SCAM

Complete SCAM! I earned 40000 points for a tesco gift card, they logged me out and it won't let me log in also got an email to say my gift card has been cancelled. What a waste of my time

So far so good with Toluna...

So far so good with Toluna I redeemed my first $20 PayPal reward and it took 2 weeks to arrive in my account. I assume that is due to a quality check of the surveys completed. The only issues I have had is a few bugs in some of the surveys I have entered and they crash.

Since the automatic reward request email notification is received, the PayPal payment request may take between a few days up to maximum 3 weeks to be processed. This happens because our Incentive team will perform multiple checks on all the requests prior to forwarding the payment list to PayPal, where other security checks are performed on their end.

I was really enjoying using this site…

I was really enjoying using this site but then randomly when I accumulated 60k in points I wasn’t able to log in. I contacted them and was sent instructions to reset my password, which didn’t work. Contacted them a further 5 times and they keep sending me the same email with instructions on how to reset my password even though I’ve repeatedly told them it doesn’t work. The email is generic so they’re clearly not reading my complaints. Feel ripped off as I spent ages on the surveys and they won’t do anything to help. Unfortunately I’d recommend avoiding them.

Wee addition. Received an email saying my account had been banned which I found bizarre as I hadn’t been using the site more than 2 weeks and hadn’t even received any rewards yet. Someone said they will look into it for me. Really was enjoying the surveys but I find this quite bizarre

Shame you cannot give zero stars. Awful website, constant issues. Surveys are rare, payments are atrocious. Cancelling my account as it is a complete waste of time.

Some research studies seek to gather opinions from people who have prior experience with a certain product, for example. Sometimes our clients want to hear from a certain target group depending on several factors (such as age, gender, income, etc). Preferably we can deduce this information from your profile, entered when registering, but sometimes information is not available. You are therefore asked to answer a few so called “screening questions” at the beginning of the survey to ascertain if you fit the profile required. Usually there are a few screening questions at the beginning of the survey, to make sure that we get the right number of participants from each target group.

In order to have the most satisfactory and fulfilling experience on our panel, it is essential that your profile is up to date with all of your profile information completed. Additionally, to make sure that your chances of being disqualified are minimized, we recommend that your profile surveys are completed and updated every 6 months. This will allow us to send you more targeted survey invitations in which you have a higher chance of qualifying and which are usually more rewarding.
