Over past 7 months have received some…

Over past 7 months have received some great rewards over time for saving up points but just over past few days it won’t let me withdraw points balance on vouchers and asked me to link a PayPal which I done and still refusing let me withdraw, anybody else had this problem? I need to wait on life points solving this so hopefully it gets fixed if not I’ll let people know, so far has been good all the little gifts I’ve been able to get

Cant redeem my points

I've completed several surveys and exchanged the points for gift cards. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite frustrating. I tried redeeming two Amazon gift cards but encountered issues both times. After waiting five days for the gift card to arrive, I received an error message.

To make matters worse, the system now requires a PayPal account to redeem Amazon gift cards. Even after creating one, I still can't redeem my rewards. Customer support hasn't been helpful in resolving these problems.

The only positive is that I successfully redeemed two Amazon gift cards. However, the overall experience has been disappointing.

New to Lifepoints

I recently discovered Lifepoints surveys a couple of a weeks ago. I have messaged the team multiple times in the short time I have been member, each time they have helped me resolve the issues I have had.

Where I have now been given to opportunity to earn points on my thoughts and opinions to multiple rewards this can range from vouchers to PayPal pay outs.

I have followed all the rules and I…

I have followed all the rules and I have been banned. I spent over an hour doing a 1500 point survey and I am not able to claim my reward. I also have 800 points to claim but am not able to redeem them because I have been banned even though I've not done anything to breach the t&cs. No one is getting back to my emails. Be careful when using this app they will ban you and refrain you from taking your rewards from your hard earned work.

I earned a Starbuck Certificate but…

I earned a Starbuck Certificate but could not open it to print it out. I tried everything and finally had to ask for directions, the next day there was my very easy directions to follow! I just love doing these surveys, but I am 76 and some of them get really long & involved for me but still I go slow and carry on!

This company worked out my issues for…

This company worked out my issues for the payout of the rewards. No complaining on their end and helped to resolve it. The surveys are fun and if need some extra money, this is definitely the way to go. For me, with working and going to school, I do not have time for another job, so this helps supplement some income.

Scam Life Points Survey -Asking for Surveys and they suspend my account with wrong reason

Life Points Customer Support,

I asked for No surveys available in my account, so after a week which is Today that they suspended my account with wrong reasoning. I did not take any enough surveys and my profile information was 100% correct. It does not make sense to have my account suspended with this poor customer service wrong reasoning without any proof. Last time (July 22nd, 2024), they also send wrong message of account suspension when there was no multiple accounts which this customer support apologize. This time again with the wrong reason. This is a wrong excuse by Life Points Customer Service Support Team. This is a scam, unfair, poor and fraud customer support. I want my account be Active and give my 90 points back which I earned.

My experience as a new member of life points

Life points provides an array of surveys that I find addicting ....I love taking surveys....life points is a company that values their members and resolves issues fast if there's any....I'm a new member of life points and I just finish a survey and email them how soon am I going to get paid in my PayPal...it didn't take long and they replied to my email sending it to my PayPal ...it was resolved right away...

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH "MISSING AMAZON GIFT CARDS" WHEN I TRIED TO REDEEM PTS. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT, THEY IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED ME TO TELL THEY WERE TEMPORARY OUT OF STOCK. SHORTLY THERE AFTER I WAS CONTACTED THAT AMAZON CARDS WERE AGAIN AVAILABLE. GREAT HELPFUL AND FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ALWAYS. 5*****

Completed a long survey on car survey on Car brands.

Completed a long survey on car brands this evening.Points were not added.Anytime I try and contact service site logs me out.Can't contact customer service at all.I've heard bad things about life points lately but something like this has never happened to me in many years as a member.Coincidently this survey would have got me a €5 reward for my time.I am very annoyed with Lifepoints.

This site is very well run and surveys…

This site is very well run and surveys sent to me are usually ones that I qualify for. Customer service is very efficient and solve problems quickly. Rewards for completed surveys are fair and rewards are paid out quick. One of the best survey sites on the net.

Lifepoints support team experience

I have been with Lifepoints for many years and have always received rewards vouchers promptly. However, this month I was sent 3 vouchers I had supposedly redeemed recently. I knew this was not the case and that they seemed to be the ones I received many months ago (and had used). I contacted Lifepoints and asked for clarification as I didn't want to used ones which were no longer valid. They got back to me straight away to say they were looking into it, however it did take another week before they told me that indeed it was a technical glitch and that I was correct that they were old ones.

I joined LifePoints a few weeks ago

I joined LifePoints a few weeks ago. I earned £5 which I cashed out with no issues. So, I thought okay they seem trustworthy so did a few more surveys and earned another £15 (approved) which I tried to cash out but they told me that they are not paying me because I didn’t complete my last survey properly.
The survey in question was one I thought I had completed to the best of my ability.
If I were you I wouldn’t trust this company. If they are capable of robbing me of £15 I dread to think what they would do if it was 100s.
I do not recommend this company!

You will not get paid

Firstly, you will not get paid. At least not for a long time.
They claim theres a technical error and it'll take some days to fix it. I suspect they actually don't have the cash flow to make all the payments they should be.
Forget asking for help, their support is basically none existent.

How exactly am I supposed to do that when an hour ago you suspended my account?
This is all because you don't want to pay for survey responses.
This is nothing more than theft, a scam.
