Over time will gain enough points to get rewards and treat yourself just for your knowledge and honest opinions and time, very simple app to use, would recommend to anyone and would like more surveys that’s all

stingy…12 months to claim rewards

I get far too many emails saying that there is a study for me to complete but when I click on the link it says that there are none. I often find that I have to answer a lot of questions, only to be told after 10 minutes that the survey is not suitable for me and I only get 3 points after being promised 80-150 points. It takes about a year to earn enough points to collect a reward.

Issues with virtual credit card and Amazon…

I selected the virtual credit card method, all went fine BUT the credit cards are not accepted by Amazon who states that there is a problem with the period of validity, I was then advised by Amazon to contact the credit cards provider who told me it was all fine, so I'm left in the middle with useless means of payment, I asked for help but did not hear anything... (for more than a month)

I was at lowes s.scittsdel store,I opened lowes credit card, the lady that opened the account was superb, went out of her way to help me, very helpful, plesent, cheerful, but i couldn't use the card, l had to comeback today and the same lady helped me again and she helped me to but my water heater x great helper u have God bless her. I will come back and shop at lowes, also ur manager and people at plumbing department were very helpful.

Blank gift card email from go gift

Redeemed points for gift card as on other occasions but this time although email headed up your gift card from go gift the email is blank. I don’t know who to contact and hopefully this will be picked up by the team ad I can update review accordingly. It’s been great up until today. UPDATE- I found the customer service form and received a prompt reply with gift card attached as pdf. Now amending my rating as very pleased

The profile survey doesn't submit answers

The profile survey doesn't submit answers when you get to the last question. That is very discouraging. And it wants to to click on any other option apart from none on the second to last question if you tick none, it doesn't move to the next.
