What a load of crap

What a load of crap. No way to ever get your payout. No actual help desk. They send a zillion "surveys", get your info and as you start answering the survey it disappears or kicks you off the platform. I actually enjoy answering surveys so it's just silly fun for me but they are basically stealing data and never offer a way to access the pay out. It is a stupid useless waste of time. They are scamming poor folks basically. Ive tried so so many surveys and rarely ever reach the end of one. Ive reached out trying to find way to cash out. There is no way to do so. Scuzzy.

The survey is great and interesting

The survey is great and interesting. I like the idea of taking the survey and earning points. Toluna is a great platform for doing what I love.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I have had a terrible experience with this app. Despite completing surveys quickly and earning points (up to 20,000), the points always remain pending and are never credited to my account. I've sent numerous emails (over 100) but have received no satisfactory response or solution. The customer support is non-existent, with no responses even after 24 hours. This app feels like a complete waste of time and appears to be a scam. I spent hours trying to earn money through this app, but it has proven to be a fake and unreliable platform. Avoid it at all costs.

AWFUL

Your customer service team is HORRENDOUS. You never believe customers or even listen to them when they submit a ticket, it's like you just have canned responses ready to go and don't care about what your users are actually telling you. I provide proof in screenshots that I completed a survey and there was a TOLUNA ERROR and customer service is arguing with me over 1400 points, and giving me some BS canned response. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I left Toluna when you switched your site. Decided to give it another try about a week ago, but I'm starting to see why I left. It's not worth the hassle having to argue for every point when your site has issues.

Waste of Time

Doesn't pay nearly enough, you would have to do like 250 ten minute surveys just to make 35 pounds. Should be illegal. Will continue to spam your inbox after you unsubscribe.

Unable to get correct surveys since…

Unable to get correct surveys since past 12 surveys atleast. Most of the surveys are being disconnected saying that this profile doesnt match. In case it doesnt match, please do not send that link for survey. Thank you ! Points are not increasing for redemption.

I'll Persevere

Surveys are easy to negotiate but do take a lot of time to complete. I have been receiving a lot of notifications that Toluna has run out of surveys,

I contacted the customer service for Toluna via email a few days ago and still havent received a reply. I was asking about an email for a reward redemption as it doesn't specify what to do with the information sent . So I asked and got no reply
