Overall services are good but tasks/jobs are less.

Overall services are pretty good but I am cutting one star because there is lesser/limited tasks on this platform. If we exclude UHRS then there is only surveys and other 2-3 tasks available.

not high paying but it does help

I enjoy the challenges regarding the various tasks and knowing I am helping make the internet a better place. It is exciting and i can work when i want to, not having to report to a boss and it is extra pocket money

Support service was excellent

Support service was excellent. I had a problem with email registration for a task and they solved it almost instantly. I like the variety of tasks, the overall performance is optimal.

Very Impressed !

I had a great customer service experience that was solved quickly and effectively! I was also given information that made me feel better at the end, so all in all I was very happy with Clickworker customer service.

With 1 ticket to send, my request has been granted about my first account that was suspended way back 2021 and did not really use it which I just recently recovered my old email. It was very helpful amd quick transaction!

My experience with Clickworker

Doing tasks for clickworker has always provided an interesting experience. Support is always available, and agents do their best to resolve issues quickly. Some tasks can be tedious for the pay rate, but it's easy to find what's available and assign to yourself.

I signed up with clickworker for income…

I signed up with clickworker for income opportunities that suite my abilities and flexibility. I mistyped my first name and I didn't notice it until after my account was created. There was not a phone number to contact someone to help me correct it or a way I could edit it myself. I sent an email for assistance to correct my typo. After a couple of back and forth emails clickworker staff corrected my typo after I sent official verification of my name. Clickworker was professional throughout the whole process.

Clickworker is the best Option to Earn

Clickworker is the best option as someone who need a part-time job to earn online, on the platforms their service and customer support are great,

On the platform you have to be realistic,transparent in performing task and follow their rules

App has issues since iOS 18

App constantly has issues, number one, I’m on iOS 18 and have the latest app version updated and the app crashed multiple times when trying to open a task while earning money. Second it’s pay is just terrible I understand this is a contractor job but I’ve even notice that I’ve taken multiple tasks and some of them offer you reward and then reject it for some or no reason at all. Find your self a better spot don’t use this garbage. It has so many issues. The only thing you can earn from is the surveys if you don’t get disqualified.

Low quality tasks

- Many tasks are scammy (send ID or profile photos)
- Very few tasks
- UHRS tasks that Clickworker recommends is completely worthless - their tasks take too much time for little to no reward, e.g. spending half an hour reading meticulous instructions to get $0.02 isn't serious.

The information that you submit are to be used for that particular project and a specific duration only. I reached out to support, after suspension of my account though I unintentionally flouted their rules, it was unsuspended after noting that I had no malicious intent to do so. I thank clickworker. They are the best.

Smells scammy

So far, none of the jobs have paid out because of glitches, customer service is no help, and the other apps they require you to use to complete jobs are even worse. So it’s been a huge waste of time.
