This was my first time using TaskRabbit, and it was super easy. I found a great person, and will definitely use it again. I told my friends too!

1 tasker showed up and assisted and was…

1 tasker showed up and assisted and was paid. The other showed up 30 minutes earlier than we agreed on via message and he still charged me for 2 hours and did absolutely no work. He left before the agreed upon time. Scammed me out of $114. Praying the company refunds my money!

Owen arrived in time

Owen arrived in time, work was done quickly and the room was left clean. I am very satisfied, definitely I will use taskrabbit again

Not familiar with products or installations.

I bought 7 sets. Only 4 sets are installed. The installer took many hours to just install 4 sets. He tried hard, but doesn’t familiar with the products. So he left very late but didn’t finish the job.

Issues with Set-Up

My Tasker set up my shelves and less than 24 hours later one side was dropping down. I reached out to him and he said I had to call another tasker and pay again.

IKEA assemly

After changing the appointment time, the assembler did show up on time. He was timely in completing the project but did not take away the rubbish.

Customer service is pathetic

Customer service is pathetic. The tasker did not provide the service I paid for and task rabbit couldn't care less to make me whole. Horrible platform. Avoid it.

He stole my stuff

Just realized that the mover stole my husband sneakers after we gave him some for free. I thought your people were honest. It’s very hurt and disgusted
