Test cells are locations included within a game's files but are located outside the main world map. They are used by developers to test a variety of content, including (but not limited to) physics, dialogue, textures, and traps . In Fallout: New Vegas , there are 11 test cells that contain some form of content. There also exist several empty test cells that are named within the game's files but are completely empty.
