The Sorrows Fork campground is a location in Zion Canyon in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.

Situated east of Ranger Substation Peregrine and southeast of the Caterpillar's Mound, the location consists of a small campground with the skeletons of a few campers, suitcases, and a bedroll. There are also a picnic table, miscellaneous items spread all around, and a small dock. The area can be used as a small camp due to its campfire for crafting, bedrolls for sleeping, and suitcases for storage.
Sometimes upon entering the area, there is a large dog and a bighorner calf populating the area. Neither can be interacted with, and both are friendly. White Legs and Dead Horse Disciples of Canaan may also spawn here and begin fighting other wildlife that spawns.

Fast-traveling to the area may spawn a number of dangerous creatures, such as a giant cazador, giant yao guai, and bark scorpions.
