Half Mouse cave is a location in Zion Canyon in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.

Situated within the Narrows slightly north of White Bird's cave, upon entry, there is a left turn leading to a circular room with a pillar in the middle. On the other side of the room is a slope that leads into yet another circular room. The room contains two campfires, four beds, six sacks containing minor loot (taking from these sacks will not lower Karma), a bunch of fruits and meats scattered about the room, three logs to sit on, and some Sorrow tribesmen walking about. To the left, there is a second camp. There is a door that leads to a higher part of the Narrows.

- Just before the lower entrance to the cave, there can be found a skeleton crushed under a large rock with a cowboy hat and metal pan nearby. Considering the contents of a terminal entry found in Stone Bones cave nearby, it is likely that these are the remains of the Vault 22 expedition scout who was killed by Randall Clark's deadfall trap.
- In the deep section of the Narrows just outside of the cave, there is a skeleton with a suitcase.
