Background[]
Derick is implied to have been responsible for targeting Striker with the mocking poems produced by Jacque, a Protectron from Torrance House, who made several haikus calling Striker smelly and stupid. Eventually, Striker became fed up with Jacque following him around and left a warning for Derick, saying that he had killed Jacque and telling Derick to "get back to your hole and take your pile of trash with you." Striker was unaware that Jacque had survived and would produce yet another mocking poem when Striker stared at the surviving Jacque in disbelief.[1]
