Chloe is a Miss Nanny operating in Berkeley Springs in Appalachia.
Background[]
Chloe originally belonged to the Davis family before the Great War[1] and was responsible for caring for their child, Leslie.[2] She was programmed by Betsy Spinelli, a disgruntled former General Atomics employee whose last action at the company was to program a Miss Nanny who hated people, naming it after her cat Chloe who shared the same character trait.[3]
Chloe was true to this programming and was once found hiding in a bathroom during an alleged game of "hide and seek" where the door was locked, preventing any child from finding her. This incident led her to be the subject of a complaint by Beverly Cline, who found Chloe "extremely rude and foul-tempered" and wanted her banned from Haven Church.[1]
