Betsy Spinelli was a programmer at RobCo Industries who was involved in robobrain development at the company.
Background[]
Betsy was formerly employed by General Atomics International but quit because the job did not contain enough serious robotics for her. Her final act at the company was to program a Miss Nanny who hated people. She named the robot Chloe after her cat who shared the same personality trait.
She was given responsibility for robobrain development after one of her co-workers quit to join the Free States. She did not believe that the nuclear war would happen and anticipated that he would eventually return to ask for his job back.[1]
