Go Daddy Go!

I had just purchased my website and got a great deal, however, not being the most cemented tech person, I needed confirmation & clarification on my purchase...enter Jarrón. He checked my account & cleared up all my confusion and I feel quite secure and ready to proceed. He knows his stuff! Thanks Go Daddy.

Excellent customer service from…

Excellent customer service from Eduardo. Resolved my query & went to great lengths to help me get the best deal to suit my needs. He exerted great patience & got me organised again, after l had decided to keep my domain after cancelling. Good work!

Worst customer service I have every experienced.

Everything is fine until you need to contact Customer Support. Firstly, they are clearly handling multiple chats at the same time meaning you wait 5mins+ between replies. Secondly, their 1st line support are heavily scripted and limited beyond what you could probably do yourself. Anything more complicated and expect to have to repeat yourself/go around in circles. When they eventually refer to the back office team, lose all hope, you'll never hear back. I have personally spent hours and hours trying to resolve our issues. We have lost all patience and moved elsewhere.

A Deserved Award Winning Customer Service Team

How we avoid Customer Service these days where once was an asset to the company now is something we avoid.
However, GD states its an award winning Sales and Support Customer Service and Tom is an example of just why. What a genuine gent, extremely helpful knowledgeable and considerate in every element of the call.

Great Customer Service from GoDaddy

Whenever I have an issue or question, I contact GoDaddy by phone and rarely wait as long as 5 minutes to speak with someone - who speaks English clearly and correctly. That person then resolves any issue or answers any question. I certainly makes my life easier. I only wish that GoDaddy provided customer service to other areas in my life.

I called GoDaddy to get help with a…

I called GoDaddy to get help with a renewal of my 14 y.o domain name. The domain expired 2 months ago but I never received a phone call or email--that I saw or responded to. I found myself unable to renew my old domain. Maria did not believe she could help me but with her investigative talent she found answers for me and hopefully, this nightmare will be resolved. I really appreciate her diligence and kindness.

GoDaddy and Staff Is Stellar

I've been with GoDaddy for years. I've had hosting, web design and SEO services. Whenever something was awry, their professional customer service would explain in layman terms what I was experiencing and how it was going to be fixed. Awesome company and staff.

I had to call customer support to…set up domain and email.

I had to call customer support to assist me with setting up my business email and web domain. I tried to do it myself online, but didn't complete it correctly. Cynthia was amazing, I basically just sat back and answered her questions. She set everything up for me. She made me feel as if she was there just for me. She is who and how customer service representatives should always be.

Good Tech Support

I can't stand talking to tech support, but I found working with Drew at GoDaddy to be easy and pain free. We got my issue resolved and it would have never happened if I tried to figure it out myself from search engines.

I really appreciated Michelle's assistance today with walking me through a new product. I've tried to resolve this hiccup on my own to no avail.. and Michelle, patiently and professionally, walked me through the process and advised me what to expect along the way. I really appreciate the assistance and professionalism through the entire call.

Exceptional Service

I had a fantastic experience with GoDaddy today, and have in the past. Thanks to their representative Robert. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. Robert guided me through the process smoothly, making sure I understood each step along the way. His service skills were exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure my issues were resolved promptly as well as making sure I was getting the right products from GoDaddy. I highly recommend GoDaddy based on the excellent service I received from Robert.

Roxie was amazing a true professional!!

Roxie was very patient with me throughout the process. She identified the problem and walk me through step by step to get me up and running. Made sure that all of the tools I just recently upgraded to were installed and working as they should. When she could not figure it out, she leverage her team and came back to me with resolution. If I could, I would only work with Roxie going forward!!

I had questions regarding my GoDaddy…

I had questions regarding my GoDaddy accounts. Wait time on hold was only like 1 minute, which was awesome. I spoke with James, who was very helpful knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, walked through a few steps that I was struggling with and explained everything to me in simple terms. Great customer service!
