I couldn't log into my /wp-admin site…

I couldn't log into my /wp-admin site to make edits. I tried to watch Youtube videos and read articles which there were a few and felt confident I could de-but this issue myself. But, I couldn't. So, I used the Bluehost chat and got help from Deeksha. They resolved it in under 3 minutes. What a relief! My wife's website important to her business and Deeksha saved the day!

Simple issue resolved quickly!

Simple issue resolved quickly! Thank you to Indrajith for taking the time to help me renew my website domain name quickly after misunderstanding the reason for the lapse. I'm grateful for the reminder emails about continued hosting with bluehost or I would have missed this issue altogether.

Problem resolved with chat

Although it took chatting with 3 different people, my issue was resolved. The 1st and last person were helpful; the 2nd one wasn't. Swathi was the 3rd person with whom I chatted. S/he resolved my issue and provided guidance on something I needed to still do. They were most helpful and patient; I'm not a techy person so patience is important!

Great customer service!

Sushma did a great job and my problem was 100% solved. Very polite, clear communication, great customer service! I wish all web hosting providers had this kind of experience and care for their customers!

Best experience

I’m setting up a new business and need a professional website. I have very little experience in creating/editing a website (from several decades ago!) and after taking a look at the process, knew that I needed professionals! My experience with BlueHost representatives has been phenomenal. They've been available, polite, patient, insightful and human! It’s been an easy and smooth experience working with them.

Yesterday I had a phone meeting with Victoria C. to review and edit the first draft. I thought I would be overwhelmed with the process, but Victoria made it easy. She was friendly, patient and listened to me. She didn’t rush me at all! I love the website!

Service auto-new email went to junk so…

Service auto-new email went to junk so missed opportunity to cancel service. Messaged customer service to request cancellation but informed that as service is live (9 days in…) they can’t refund anything at. Essentially been robbed for close to £400 - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Akash Krishna was very courteous, fast, responsive and knew exactly how to solve my issue. Since I am a novice on web building it is appreciated that dedicated employees are out there to help.

My website has already assisted many loved ones find their deceased veteran at the Florida National Cemetery.

Bluehost support…

I've had to contact Bluehost support for their help on a few occasions over 'I think' four years now that I've been with them and every time the problem has been solved. If not sorted on the first time, creating a new session is pretty quick. It really feels reassuring that the help side of things is so easy to access.
Their web tools/UI for site creation and access are very well designed... both look and functionality... plus a very professional touch too. Overall a good company!

Needed help fixing a wordpress setup issue and Sashwin Nair helped me solve it in under 10 minutes. Minimum questions asked. It was great. I like using Justhost/bluehost for this very same reason.

Bluehost are thieves…

Bluehost took money from my bank account when my debit card was expired. Basically theft. Then I had to spend four chat sessions with them to get a refund. Then they deleted my website data without giving me a back up. The worst customer experience I have ever had. No attempt to solve my issue or say sorry or compensate. They could have turned three customer crisis experiences into a satisfied customer but they failed at every opportunity. Customer service disaster. They have no clue about dealing with unhappy customers. Amateurs.

They actually solve your problems when you chat with them

I'm always amazed how well the team at Bluehost handles weird problems and helps me get what I need to keep my website running. I'm not a programmer, but I like to use cool tools and techie plugins...so the chat support is a life saver to help me limp through the confusing parts, and get what I need to have an awesome website. I've had this experience several times now, so I can honestly say they consistently solve your problems when you chat with them.

24/7 chat support IS HUGE and perfect

24/7 chat support IS HUGE and perfect! It was 80% why I am moving all from squarespace to Bluehost. Was with iPage years ago and they were perfect. Your the same. And nearly all your staff wait around for the resolution. When and if my new company grows, all my web business will JUST be Bluehost.

Money for nothing.

Signed up for domain hosting and professional email. It took over 48 hours for the domain to transfer. Once there I was unclear how to get my website up and running again. The professional email never worked quite right. Multiple calls resulted in me being able to finally access my email but only through the web browser. I was never able to get the email to work with my mail client nor have it pushed to devices like my phone or ipad. Needless to say, as a small business owner, the month I lost cost me dearly. My only solution was to eat the fees I paid and move my domain and email to another service.

PATIENCE

Patience, knowledge, and understanding of how the user is following their direction are critical to a good session.
Out of all the people that have helped me over the past month only 1person didn't meet these 3 criteria.
My big problem was with GOTOMEETING. I would find myself in a loop were they continuously asked for the same things. This was after being experienced using GOTO.

Normally all problems can be solved via…

Normally all problems can be solved via a chat visit. Lately I have had intermittent down time (sometimes as long as 4 hours) more so in last year than in the previous accumulated 5 years. The last three times the excuse was malware, but scans have proven no malware, and cases were advanced to higher level. Each time the site eventually returns but it is unclear why. No one has given me an answer or suggested how to avoid this.
