Excellent customer service, skip the ChatBot

We ran into some renewal billing issues and tried using the ChatBot feature to resolve our concerns but had some miscommunication with that method and mistakenly signed up for a second account without being told that was happening. Revelyn spent almost two hours helping us sort things out today. Talking with a real human is so much better! She was patient and polite, kept us informed of her actions and progress, and was overall a great partner throughout the rather lengthy problem-solving process--

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with one of your representatives to troubleshoot a problem I was experiencing. I wanted to take a moment to commend the exceptional service I received.

GoDaddy Broke My Website and Then It Vanished!

I look after a website for a company run by volunteers and in early April, I received an email stating that GoDaddy would be migrating the hosting to CloudLinux 8. They said the migration was "designed to enhance efficiency, stability and security", etc Then on 27 June I received an email stating that my website had "successfully migrated". IT HAD NOT! The website was broken. I contacted customer support multiple times and after many wasted hours, the website vanished! GoDaddy had installed a blank WordPress but my perfectly functioning website was gone. After more phone calls and pleas to them to restore my original website from their servers, I still have a blank WordPress page. Our members usually pay fees through the website PayPal link but this is no longer possible. I've given up trying to get GoDaddy to do the right thing by restoring what they broke.

Poor Business Practice

First, I do not like when a business can not give your answers to your questions. A sales rep sold me a e-commerce site. With that site, I was supposed to process payment. About a week after I have built my site, got all my products uploaded, printed my business cards, created social media sites, and my site is up and active. I get an email saying my application to take payments online is denied. I called to see why my application would be denied. Their response, we don't know and we can't tell you why. I was told to just go with another company to take payment. (STUPID)!! Well, what was the reason you denied my application. This is stupid that no one can say the reason for the denial and no department to answer your questions, I sent an email to inquiry, still no response. I called reached out to the sales guy, no response. ALL THAT HARD WORK!

GoDaddy is the best

GoDaddy is the best! Their customers are always able to contact customer service and actually speak with a representative for assistance. Their representatives are very knowledgeable and are able to resolve any issues that you might have. I totally recommend GoDaddy for anyone who is looking to have/own a website.

Not a happy customer

They call or email me all the time trying to sell me more junk or add domain names and I've asked them to stop and they don't listen. One of their people actually got really snotty when I told him I wasn't buying or paying for anymore crap from them.

GoDaddy is always there when I need…

GoDaddy is always there when I need them! They are patient, explain what I need to do in a way I can understand. I use them for three different websites that I own and have for years and will continue to.

DO NOT USE GODADDY

DO NOT USE GODADDY. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Stop lying to customers to obtain their business, and then claim your staff act in good faith.

Once challenged, they tell you they have dealt with it and stop contacting us. There CEO department are so rude and lazy.

Coming up to 2 years soon, and still refusing to deal with my complaint, after several thousands of pounds lost, due to 6 members of their staff, lying to me about their products.

My complaint will be dealt with in full.

You have my contact details.

Do not respond on here lying and claiming you have made contact.

You have at least 4 emails that you have ignore from me.

If my complaint has been thoroughly reviewed, then why can you explain what you have done... Hmm more lies...

Stop playing childish games.

I called for the 3rd time to ask about…

I called for the 3rd time to ask about my refund and why I haven’t received it. I was told I had to wait another week bc of large volume of requests. Miriam was great and escalated my receipt bc the prior 2 reps when I called gave me wrong info. So I got my refund email at the same time while in the call! Thanks

I was able to connect with your…Dedicated care from Go Daddy

I was able to connect with your customer specialist Jessica, and learn everything I needed to know to go forward and from a very stressful situation she not only handled the solution but was extremely informative to get me up to speed on handling the issue. We spent over an hour unraveling this, and I couldn't thank GoDaddy more for having such great support for their customers

I think Luis wears a cape!

Luis went above and beyond to assist me. He worked through my questions and interruptions to leave me with a clear path for purchase at the end of Q3. He deserves a raise!
