Not a happy customer

They call or email me all the time trying to sell me more junk or add domain names and I've asked them to stop and they don't listen. One of their people actually got really snotty when I told him I wasn't buying or paying for anymore crap from them.

Everyone I talked to so far goes above and beyond

Everyone I talked to so far has been over the top helpful! Things changed a lot since I built websites back in the day. 🤔🤣 The service team is not only professional, they are courteous, patient and empathetic. Not only do they "teach" you (Ilana ❤️), but they also offer tips and send you resources to help you learn and grow. Thank you for your kind and caring expertise. There was also Tyler and a few others that helped me get my website up and running. I still have some tweaking to do so check back again soon!

I am new to the many technicalities of an Online Platform

I am new to the many technicalities of an Online Platform and as such I don't have the expertise as yet in navigating some aspects of it. However my experience with this platform and one of the most patient Customer Service representative, Evan is nothing short of exceptional. Evan was polite, calm, knowledgeable, asked what my need and vision for my Websites were and made some suggestions. He also gave me valuable information and extended me the opportunity to receive continued assistance to see the process through completion. In a day and age where a job is simply to get paid and not the interest of the customer; where there's noone on the other end of the phone to answer questions and give explanations; this interaction was a pleasant one. #Evan #Godaddy

I had a great customer service…

I had a great customer service representative and didn’t wait long. Jose was extremely helpful and knowledgeable along with being friendly. I highly recommend them. It’s very difficult to get a good service representative these days.

My service rep named Justin wanted to figure out the issue I was having. He helped me got the issue resolved even though it was something he wasn't expecting. He was also very friendly.

It’s hard to believe you can still go to a big company, actually talk to a real person and they are helpful, kind and don’t seek to are you? sell you stuff to get you off the phone. What a wonderful experience thank

Customer experience has not been great!

GoDaddy is horrible and has been for years. Where do I start. Absolutely no consistency across the board in customer service. One person will tell you one thing and the other a totally different thing about the same issue. They just want to upsell you even when they haven't solved the original problem you encountered. They often guess on the solution, just to get you off of the phone. I have fact checked several things they have told me, only to find out they were not true. I was just talking to a customer service rep who specifically asked for my phone number to call me back if we got disconnected and we ended up getting disconnected by some weird fluke after a thirty-minute conversation and guess what, no call back which is what prompted me to finally give a review on my experiences.

GREAT! Customer service

I called godaddy with a complaint about a charge. within a few seconds the person not only found the charge they reversed it before I even had a chance to ask. the team member was beyond helpful and friendly. I was verry pleased with the service.
