Have been trying to add email to my Samsung phone on and off for months. Thought I was loosing my edge. Customer service walked me right through it and assured me it was android and not me that was to blame. Thanks guys.

Keeping up with the times

Godaddy is great with keeping up with the times. Great page rankings, allowing us to divert out godaddy hits to our Ebay store. And best of all making our site easily viewable on mobile devices. Keep up the good work godaddy. Anthony Owner of planet11vintage.com

Hosting Made Easy

Go Daddy made it convenient for me to add web hosting to my account, and didn't make me pay for it all upfront. I'm not tech savvy at all, but with Go Daddy you don't have to be. Thanks guys!!

Email on Line again.

Tried a service from Google and canceled it. Google rep was inconsiderate. Called Go Daddy because I was not receiving email. Logan, my customer service rep, was excellent and corrected the problem right away. I am a small business and email is critical. Thanks Logan and Go Daddy!!!

Excellent, polite and timely support

Having used a number of Registrars over the years I must say that Go Daddy has jumped to the fore, both for it's pricing but especially for its good support. Support and responsiveness are a key differentiator in the market today.

Superb service, so easy to use

Quite simply the easiest, most straightforward web hosting/domain experience I've ever had. But the best part was the telephone customer service. I've spoke to them several times and left highly satisfied, just spoke to someone called Maria this time and was blown away. It's a shame more companies don't offer the same quality customer service.

I needed to update my reunion web site because I help High Schools organize reunions. I needed to quickly update a reunion that i was working on. Go Daddy helped me get the right access so I proceed with the updates. Thanks Go Daddy

I found GoDaddy through one of my vendors whose site was just beautiful. GoDaddy was a pleasure to work with, finding solutions for all my product issues and working with our budget to create a beautiful website that complements our products and is easy to navigate. I look forward to working with GoDaddy in the future as our needs change.

Rebranding my brand

I established a hosting account approximately 2 years ago with GoDaddy for my business. Now I reached a point where my business goals and model has changed and it is time to rebrand my company. I called GoDaddy support had they were extremely helpful with providing at least 2 or 3 options on how I can reach my new business goals.

Restore lost domains

I had a problem with my cancelled domains last few days ago, and i was totally relieved when the technical support of Godaddy restored my 4 domains without any payments. I also get a refund from my intentionally cancelled domain. Good job!

Maximum Service Minimum Fuss

GoDaddy Customer Support member Jim was competent, and knowledgeable. Answering all my questions and explaining services as he was helping me organize my account, Jim was amiable and efficient. He assisted me with minimum fuss but maximum service while saving my business money.

Great service

I was thick and ordered an incorrectly typed domain name. OS X's autocorrect feature can be annoying. I called customer service because I couldn't find an email address. The customer service representative was friendly and helpful; he walked me through the steps of sorting out a refund on this domain and offered alternatives.

GoDaddy lose a star for making me click around for some of my customer details, forcing me to use my minutes on my network and excessively pushing alternative domains before sorting out the refund.

Excellent American-Style Customer Service!

I felt like I won something today after I transferred a domain to GoDaddy! I say that because on top of making it super easy and cheap to transfer my existing domain to GoDaddy, I ended up getting a new domain plus a full year of GoDaddy's Web Building Tools for less than I thought it would cost just for the transfer! On top of that, when I had a question about transferring my existing domain, the customer service rep I talked to Richard, was totally cool and knew exactly what I needed. He took care of my questions and I knew I made the right choice going to GoDaddy.Com Thanks!

Brilliant Customer Service

I needed to do a domain switcheroo and not only did the customer service rep walk me through it, he was more patient than I could have hoped for and put me at ease! We were able to get 'er done and save me a few pennies too. Thank you Godaddy!
