Centaurs are creatures that were to appear in Fallout 4, but were cut from the game.

They were revealed in a concept art image of The Art of Fallout 4.

Visually deviant from the way they look in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, these centaurs are hideous, deformed creatures. This variant bears three heads, stretching mouths and extra pair of limbs growing on its back.

The centaur was cut from Fallout 4, and was replaced by the mutant hound.
