When Pigs Fly is a quest in Fallout 4. It was added as Creation Club content on April 25, 2024 with the next-gen update. It is included in the Makeshift Weapon Pack.

Quick walkthrough[]

Locate the weapons trader Suggs and obtain the location of his rival. Locate and eliminate the rival store and the weapon designer Marvin, looting various rare weapons and ammunition. Return to Suggs and obtain one of two possible quest rewards.

Detailed walkthrough[]

Follow the first quest marker into east Cambridge. You will find Suggs' garage on the side of a building with a man named Suggs inside. Suggs can be bartered with to obtain rare items and their ammunition - the nail gun, the saw blade launcher, nails, saw blades, and 40mm frag grenades. Investigate his terminal where you will find information about a missing colleague and a rival weapons dealer.

(Before you leave Suggs' garage you may wish to mark it as a custom location, as it is difficult to find once the quest markers have disappeared. )

Follow the next quest marker and enter the Monsignor Plaza building to find the rival weapons store. In the store on the upper floor, deal with the security guards, then examine a note on the counter to discover a man named Marvin intends to kill Suggs. Loot inside the store includes several Piggy Bank mines, a case of 40mm frag grenades, and a pipe grenade launcher with the Rapid legendary effect.

Backtrack to Suggs' general area following the next quest marker, and find the fire escape stairs to reach the top of the roof in order to kill Marvin and his guards. From Marvin, take the Piggy Bank Fat Man, his supply of Piggy Bank launcher bombs, and his schematics. You may also take the baseball launcher from a guard, along with a supply of modified baseballs for the launcher.

Return to Suggs to complete the quest and obtain a Penetrating Chinese grenade launcher rifle in exchange for the schematics. Alternatively, kill Suggs to obtain Flakker, a Nuka-grenade launcher with the Kneecapper legendary effect. It is not possible to obtain both weapons.
