The wasteland map is a unique item in the Fallout: The Board Game expansion Fallout: New California.

At the start of a game, the player character can flip two tiles adjacent to the Crossroads camp and choose to start in either one. Enemies also cannot use the Aggressive trait against the player character, meaning they do not automatically target them. Finally, the player character gains one more movement point when performing a move action on their turn.
