The flamer is a weapon in the Fallout: The Board Game expansion Fallout: New California.
Characteristics[]
While in a fight, the flamer generates one reroll if the player character has Perception. As a ranged weapon, it allows the player character to attack enemies one space away from them.
Before starting the fight, the player character can choose to exhaust the weapon in order to lower the enemy's level by one, to a minimum of one. The weapon cannot be used while exhausted and the player character must pay three bottle caps to unexhaust it.
