Tesla armor is a unique apparel in the Fallout: The Board Game add-on Fallout: New California.
Characteristics[]
When rolling V.A.T.S. dice during a fight against an enemy, any dice that show two damage symbols are treated as just one damage instead.
Locations[]
Tesla armor can be found inside of Vault 44, during the Desert Vault quest. The suit is unobtainable once the quest is complete.

Tesla armor with the vault suit can make a player immune to all damage in combat, since the total armor rating is 3, and all two damage pips are treated as one, this will make any enemy only be able to deal 3 pips of damage, which will always be blocked.
