it can take a while to get oriented and know how to present your observations and discuss them with the community. i really appreciate your headspace and hope you won't be discouraged by any friction you may have felt thus far. you're absolutely correct to observe, as John Keel did in The Mothman Prophecies, that the Appalachian mountains are truly ancient, and this is widely speculated to contribute to the sense of unease humans feel in the region. while the conclusion was very strongly-stated, the context was harmonious with the information on the art deco page. such real-world context generally belongs in the 'Behind the scenes' section. hope it's not too late to tell you i appreciate you and would like to see more contributions from you. --Anachorite (talk) 13:11, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
