Lone Wanderer[]

I reverted that addition because (1) it's total speculation, (2) The Lonely Wanderer is a very small quest, and I'm not convinced such a small quest would have a large role like that, and (3) it's total speculation. --Kastera (talk) 00:00, August 28, 2012 (UTC)

There is no need to be rude about it. Game developers have a tendency to leak out very small amounts of information on their upcoming projects, and while I have no way of proving it this does seem like on of those times. Foxi Hooves (talk) 01:35, August 28, 2012 (UTC)

Excuse me if I was rude. Usually with new users (such as yourself), a simple explanation isn't enough and they persist; it was my fault being presumptuous. I'm well aware that designers like to jab fun at their other enterprises, but we don't add anything unless a developer has commented on it or it's plain common sense. --Kastera (talk) 02:11, August 28, 2012 (UTC)

Where is the key to the fort?[]

Hi, Like me you are still playing.I am wondering what door you are trying to enter? There are 4 keys to the fort. All held by Mercs and one of them is dead, locked inside the fort, with the key. Are you trying to get in the Bomb storage front door or the gate entrance door?

Hello. I'm trying to get into the bomb storage and have all three keys that Mr. Crowley told me to get which were then pickpocketed from his persons. I never saw a fourth key. Foxi Hooves (talk) 15:10, September 10, 2012 (UTC)

Wasteland Survival Guide[]

I was not referring to the Fallout 3 page. The Wasteland Survival Guide (item) page is an overview page, a page that contains information on the item as it appears in all games. The information you added, things like stats and locations, only concerns Fallout 3, which would belong on the Fallout 3 specific page, Wasteland Survival Guide (Fallout 3). However, that article already states this: "In addition to the one given to you at the end of the quest, a second copy can be found in the possession of a Wastelander in a random encounter which occurs after the quest." So, no edit is necessary. Paladin117>>iff bored; 15:04, February 23, 2013 (UTC)

Helios One[]

The Protectrons clipping through the shields is a clipping bug, which aren't considered notable under the wiki's bug policy. Great Mara (talk) 01:55, March 14, 2013 (UTC)

...Alrighty then. That sounds completely ridiculous, but alrighty then. Foxi Hooves (talk) 03:56, March 14, 2013 (UTC)

Verification[]

We like to have another user other than the person who posted the bug verify it as a formality.--TwoBearsHigh-Fiving Intercom01 05:37, March 14, 2013 (UTC)

Loot notability[]

Hi! Be sure to refer to VA:NL for guidelines on what constitutes "notable" on the wiki. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask =) --Skire (talk) 22:25, March 14, 2013 (UTC)

Duck and Cover[]

You must be using a mod. Skill books don't come in bulks like that. I checked the WGV and NGD and both have just 1 book. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 21:34, March 29, 2014 (UTC)

I'm not using a mod because I'm on the xbox. What are you talking about when you say WGV and NGD both have just one book? I know they both have just one book, but I narrowed it down to either of those places because I loot two places before going back home to restock and such. When I restock, I put books on the shelves, which is why there are several more behind the larger version from my previous scavenging runs. The subject here is the size of the book I found, not the amount of books.Foxi Hooves (talk) 21:40, March 29, 2014 (UTC)
If you can pinpoint which book is larger than the others you can mention it as a note. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 22:56, March 29, 2014 (UTC)
No. I'll do it, because my images are made on a PC and they outclass XBOX screenshots easily. Will be tomorrow, it's bedtime here in Holland. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 01:18, March 30, 2014 (UTC)

Vault 34[]

I don't see the trooper near Vault 34 in-game or in the GECK. Just geckos. Maybe some random wandering off. The pulse mines and grenades don't qualify for notable loot but are mentioned in the layout description of the collection tower. Leave it like that I think. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 16:30, April 3, 2014 (UTC)

Legionary Assassins and Helios One?[]

Did the assassins just pop into existence at the topic of the tower or did they come through the door? Great Mara (talk) 20:52, April 3, 2014 (UTC)

Bug[]

That bug was removed because it was overdue, I did not edit over it. As for you rewording it was fine. --TwoBearsHigh-Fiving Intercom01 04:34, April 7, 2014 (UTC)

No harm done, everything is all well and good now :) --TwoBearsHigh-Fiving Intercom01 04:37, April 7, 2014 (UTC)

Courier's Mile[]

They're there, 2. Checked in the GECK. Here's the location : CM warheads. You're probably looking for the south one, which is near the deathclaws. About the Ultra Luxe radio, it is mentioned on the Fallout: New Vegas radio stations page, but it is an odd one. When you enter UL, you get a signal, but can't tune into it. Probably worth a note on the Ultra Luxe page. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 22:23, April 14, 2014 (UTC)

Yearling Bug[]

Hi there Foxi, I would just like to let you know that I test everything, bugwise, before I remove/add verification to it (as I am the one responsible for those policies being put in place I follow them very strictly). I tested the Yearling bug myself on my friends Xbox360 (as I do not have an Xbox360 myself and he just happened to have a save where he blew up the citadel, for bugs on the Xbox360 I normally use his system when I have the chance to visit him, and I usually compile a list of bugs over a month or so and verify/remove them based on tests I run in game). No only does the yearling bug not happen, but it is not possible as it would imply that the faction/karma system is based on an individual by individual basis (which is not the case for FO3, but moreso the case for FNV, but even then somewhat limited). It's not feasible, and after 10 attempts I determined that the bug does not occur. For future reference, if I have removed a bug with no reason, or have removed it with something along the lines of "That is ridiculous" it means that not only have I tested it, but that the concept of such a thing being a bug is so outlandish that it wasn't likely in the first place. ---bleep196- (talk) 18:28, May 6, 2014 (UTC)

Re: Help With A Bug[]

Hi Foxi, although I'm not sure about the bug thou, probably patched. Otherwise, it might be an AI package issues however, I can see why is that. I'll try to help you if I have spare time, might as well clarify the bug myself. Thanks for the report by the way. :) ------Cassie Ultimate Anime Loving Weeaboo. 09:21, April 13, 2015 (UTC)
