The Storm Goliaths are three unique robots in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update. They act as the boss enemies during Event: Neurological Warfare, in which the players face off against Storm Goliaths Decima, Morta and Nona.
Background[]
Numerous notes throughout Skyline Valley allude to some sort of a relationship and cooperation between Hugo Stolz and Professor Calvert, particularly in relation to the studies the latter was performing on Robobrain-esque scientific pursuits at the St. Aubin Medical Facility in Point Lookout. It is likely Calvert shared research with Stolz, who then elaborated on it and developed the Storm Goliaths.
Characteristics[]
Hulking robotic behemoths, Storm Goliaths are very strong and capable opponents. Encased in their torso are two separated hemispheres of a brain, with an electronic eye similar to that of robobrains. They can hit players, shoot electricity, and even summon lightning directly from the storm.
Goliaths will stagger and fall to their knees briefly as sections of their armor are destroyed. Any remaining Goliath will be strengthened when one of them is defeated.
Location[]
The Storm Goliaths only appear at the robot testing waiting area at the Hawksbill weather station as part of Event: Neurological Warfare.
Appearances[]
The Storm Goliaths appear only in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update.
