Rhodes was an Appalachian Enclave scientist.

Background[]

Rhodes was one of three researchers dispatched to Enclave Remote Lab 1.2 near Tanagra Town, along with D. Harper and Wolfe. The stated research purpose was to test biological agents developed at the Whitespring bunker lab on local wildlife.[1] While there, Rhodes took up the duty of clearing out the unnaturally fast-growing strangler vines that threatened to encroach on their lab. As time passed and their efforts remained fruitless, he began to grow erratic, muttering about being controlled by the plants. Harper sent a request to have him transferred back to the main lab, and made a point of sleeping in shifts with Wolfe so one of them could keep an eye on Rhodes.[2]

All three later mysteriously disappeared, and Enclave scouts sent to investigate the lab found nothing but bloodstains.[3]

Appearances[]

Rhodes is mentioned in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.
