D. Harper was an Appalachian Enclave scientist.

Background[]

Harper was one of three researchers dispatched to Enclave Remote Lab 1.2 near Tanagra Town, along with Rhodes and Wolfe. The stated research purpose was to test biological agents developed at the Whitespring bunker lab on local wildlife, although Harper suspected that the assignment was a punishment for pissing off someone higher up.[1] As time passed and their efforts remained fruitless, Rhodes began to grow erratic, muttering about being controlled by the plants, and Harper sent a request to have him transferred back to the main lab. Harper made a point of sleeping in shifts with Wolfe so one of them could keep an eye on Rhodes.[2]

All three later mysteriously disappeared, and Enclave scouts sent to investigate the lab found nothing but bloodstains.[3]

Appearances[]

D. Harper is mentioned in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.
