Detailed walkthrough[]
Go to the clinic in the Vault City courtyard and ask Andrew about the Auto-Doc in his back room. He will say that it is not running very well and that it is a little ornery sometimes. The Chosen One will then be able to volunteer to fix it.
Once the player character has volunteered, they need to go into the clinic's back room where the Auto-Doc surgeries are held and use their Repair skill on the broken Auto-Doc. With a high enough Repair skill, they will be able to fix it.
