Detailed walkthrough[]
Charlie is the unfortunate denizen of Vault City's courtyard who drank unfiltered water from the well. As a result, he contracted heavy radiation poisoning and ended up in agony, crumpled on his tent's floor.
The Chosen One can examine him with their Doctor skill to determine that he is suffering from radiation poisoning, which earns them 100 XP. He can be saved with a single dose of RadAway for another 100 XP. When he stands up and thanks the player character, another 100 XP is earned.

When he is lying on the floor, the Chosen One can insert as many RadAways as possible and get extra XP.
