Herder is a unique Mister Handy found in the Brahmin Wrangler scene-type random encounter in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.
Background[]
In the associated random encounter, the Vault Dwellers will meet Mr Herder, who is wrangling three Brahmin: Mindy, Mertle and Matilda. Sometimes, Mr Herder and his Brahmin will be ambushed by a Sheepsquatch, forcing the player to try and protect the Brahmin from the Sheepsquatch at the request of Mr Herder.
