Martha "Marty" Clay was the daughter of Raleigh Clay and a member of the Free States.
Background[]
Although she and her siblings were upset about missing out on the rest of the summer, Marty continued to support her father after the Free States decided to move underground.[1] When Miranda Vox, the mayor of Harpers Ferry, asked for the Free States' help in rebuilding the town after the Great War, Marty accompanied her father to the meeting and was overwhelmed with emotions. Fighting through tears, she asked Raleigh to help the people there, and he eventually agreed. The Free States trained residents and rebuilt the city, with Marty mostly working alongside Abigayle Singh.[2] During the Scorched attack on Harpers Ferry in 2086, Martha was killed alongside her mother Trish, all of their work being undone.[3]
