Didn't expect to see your face out here, Jakey. Least not alive anyways.

Charles "Charlie" Owen Walker[1] was a member of the Free States prior to 2102.

Background[]

Charlie Walker was known to the Ames family, constantly borrowing supplies from their bunker.[2] While experimenting to find the beneficial properties of strangler pods, Ella Ames tested one of her concoctions on Charlie, finding the beginnings of what would eventually become RadShield.[3]

Charlie had a romantic interest in Ella, although the latter did not appear to return his affections even if she found him attractive.[4] He managed to convince Jacob Lerner, his rival for Ella's affections, to travel to the Valley Galleria, a former mall overrun with feral ghouls, to retrieve flowers. After Jacob had retrieved the flowers, Charlie shot him in the back and returned the flowers himself.[5]

Notes[]

Courtney Kelly disliked Charlie, and listed him as someone to stay away from "AT ALL COSTS" in her dying note (about who she wished to have take care of her cats after her death).[6]

Appearances[]

Charlie Walker is mentioned only in Fallout 76.

Charlie said the radiation in the water didn't seem to bother him, but I could tell from my readings that it wasn't as effective as it should've been. I willing to bet it's because they haven't bloomed."
