Janet Kimper was a citizen of Vault 3 before its invasion by the Fiends.
Background[]
Janet was the daughter of Sarah Kimper and the niece of George Stault, Vault 3's final overseer. She was one of the top students in her class, and had recently turned 16 before the Fiends attacked. To celebrate, her uncle proposed reserving a dining room and planning a party for her birthday.[1]
